What is your repair policy?

a)    All repairs incur an inspection and analysis labor charge/estimate         charge which also covers the expected repair time.

b)    All repairs are costed on a time and materials basis

c)     All repairs and freight are COD or Prepay. Commercial accounts may be established.

d)    Time for repair is based on shipping method ie. Fast in=fast out

e)    Badly damaged units may be uneconomic to repair – the customer will be advised and offered disposition options.

What is the turnaround time on repairs?

Units shipped in on express overnight shipping are usually repaired on the next business day after receipt and shipped back to you using the same express method as received.

Ground shipments may take 4-5 days for repair after receipt and will also be returned via ground shipment.

Do you supply schematics &/or installation instructions?

No. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) may have installation and use instructions available. See also CAUTION-WARNING.

Removal , replacement , installation , modification and adjustment or calibration of all electronic and mechanical equipment on powerchairs, wheelchairs and electric scooters should be undertaken by qualified , certified and competent individuals only.
